I’m a Design Leader and Founder based in Apex, North Carolina. Currently, I’m the Product Design Director at Bonterra, where I focus on the intersection of product design and AI—exploring how emerging technologies can create more intuitive user experiences and help designers work smarter.

As a hybrid player and coach, I take an active, collaborative role in leading Design and Research teams. I work extremely hard to set clear expectations and foster an inclusive environment where each member of my team feels empowered to grow, thrive, and bring their authentic self to work every day.
